The Oz Run Mission Statement

The mission of the Oz Run is to create family friendly events that raise money and awareness for like minded organizations in the Chippewa Valley while promoting fitness, family and fun.

The Beneficiaries

Every year proceeds from the Oz Run will be shared between Irvine Park and a second local organization. This year's second beneficiary is Southview Elementary Barrier Free Playground.

Past beneficiaries:

2016 - Chippewa County 4-H

2015 – Wisconsin Veterans Assistance Foundation and Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls
2014 – Feed My People Food Bank

"It is always wonderful to partner with amazing organizations in the community to improve the lives of the veterans in our program. The donation will go a long way in helping the veterans in the program by assisting them with maintaining a safe, secure and stable environment…while they work on reaching their goals. There are many needs not covered by the regular channeled funds, which this wonderful donation will assist in providing. Once again, we are humbly grateful for their support."
~Michael Xiong, Program Director
Veterans Assistance Foundation - Chippewa Falls

"Due to the financial and marketing support of the Oz Run we were able to kickoff our capital campaign for the Irvine Park Welcome Center/Small Animal/Aviary Building. We look forward to working with the Oz Run for many years in the future."
~Dick Hebert, Director
Chippewa Falls Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Department

“We at Feed My People are so grateful for your donation from the Oz Run. It will allow us to distribute more than $15,000 worth of food to families in our community who struggle to meet their basic needs.”
