What does my registration include?

Registration for the 5K and Half Marathon includes: entry to the race, race bib with chip timer, race shirt, medal at the finish line, swag bag with beverage ticket, and a few goodies from our sponsors. Munchkin Mile includes: entry to the race and medal at the finish line.

Packet Pick-Up: Can someone pick up my packet for me?

Yes! Each runner has a specific bib number assigned to them, so be sure you wear the right bib. Names are printed on the back of the bib.


Packet Pick-Up for Out-of-Towners:

Race Day packet pick-up is available for runners coming from out of town. Packets will be at the Info table as you walk into the fairgrounds. Look for the Info flag.


Can I cancel and get a refund or defer my registration?

The Oz Run has a no refund policy – please note we do not issue refunds or deferrals.


Can I switch races?

Yes! You have until May 12, 2018 to make changes to your registration. That can be done through imATHLETE.


Is there a time limit on the half marathon?

Our timed course limit is 3 ½ hours. Runners taking longer can still finish the race but may not receive an official race time.


Info/Lost & Found

Day of race questions and lost-and-found will be at a Info table. Look for the Info flag.


Bag Check

Runners who wish to check their personal belongings can do so at the bag check next to the Info/Lost & Found table. Bags will be marked with bib numbers – must have bib to pick up your bag.



Strollers are welcome! Slower runners and walkers are asked to stay toward the back of the group at the starting line and stay to the right on the course.



Dogs are allowed on the route. They should be on a leash and up to date on shots for safety. We ask that you start toward the back.


First Aid

First Aid is available at the Start/Finish line in Emerald City (Northern Wisconsin State Fair grounds). First Aid kits for minor instances are on the route.  On the 5K route at the Water Station. On the Half-Marathon route at Water Station #3 at approximately 6 ½ mile mark. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY DIAL 911.


Rest Rooms

Public restrooms are located close to the start and finish line in the Northern Wisconsin State Fair Grounds as well as at the entrance of Irvine Park & Zoo. There are three port-a-potty's on the Half Marathon route located just before mile 4 near the Ojbwa Golf Club, between mile 6 and 7 by the water station and just before mile 10 by the water station.



Results will be printed and posted near the Info/Lost & Found table in Emerald City and will also be available online after the event.
